We will meet with you in person or virtually, depending on where you are located. This is where we'll explore and understand your family's needs, goals, challenges, and preferences when it comes to finding your ideal caregiver.
Sit Back and Relax!
You pay our one time non-refundable deposit of $350.00, this allows us to start working our magic. All you have to do is sit back, relax and let us do the hard work! We take care of everything from searching to screening, reference checking, initial interviewing, and everything in-between. Saving you time, energy and maybe even a little sanity. Don't worry, we stay in contact with you throughout the entire process making sure you don't have any questions along the way!
You Meet With Only the Best
We will then hand pick the 3 top candidates we think fit your families unique needs. This is where you have the opportunity to interview/meet the candidates. We take care of setting up the interviews and trial days saving you even more time!
Hire Your Ideal Nanny!
You've decided on "THE ONE", YAY! We'll walk you through the hiring process. We even take care of the negotiations and contracts. Our placement fee will be due upon the time both Client and Nanny have agreed to the match or before the Nanny’s first day, whichever is sooner.

What Set's Us Apart
Nurturing Nannies only represents highly qualified, reliable, and trustworthy professional caregivers who truly love what they do. We require all of our nannies to be CPR/First Aid Certified, have at least 2 years of verified, paid childcare experience, have a clean driving record and a reliable insured car, are Trustline Registered (applies only to CA nannies), clear background checks, pass the INA Nanny or NCS Skills Assessment Test and have a true passion for children. All of our nannies go through an 11-step screening process.

However, one of the things that makes us unique is that we believe families shouldn't have to bear this weight. Our goal is to help eliminate as much stress from your life as we can. There is no fee to talk with them, you can ask them anything you would like! If you do choose to enroll with them, let them know we sent you and WE will cover your enrollment fee (saving you $110.00)!
