Family Placement Process
Nurturing Nannies only represents highly qualified, reliable, and trustworthy professional caregivers who have a true love for children. We require all of our nannies to be CPR/First Aid Certified, have at least 3 years of verified, paid childcare experience, have a clean driving record and a reliable insured car, clear background checks, and have a true passion for children.
All of our nannies also go through an 11-step screening process.
Our 6 Step Process
Discovery Call
We will meet with you either in person or virtually, depending on where you are located and what your preference is.
During this call we'll explore what your family's unique needs, goals, challenges, and preferences are when it comes to finding your ideal caregiver.

We Get Started
Review & Sign our Agency-Client Contract.​

Pay our one time, non-refundable deposit of $500.00 to get the search started. We will also run the background check(s) on everyone 18+ living in your household at this time.
Sit back and relax while we work our match making magic!
Meet With Only the Best
Review potential candidates! We'll send you recorded interviews of nannies we feel would be a good fit for your specific needs. You can then choose to do a meet and greet or schedule paid trial days with your top choices!
Hire Your Ideal Nanny!
You've decided on "THE ONE", YAY! We'll walk you through the hiring process, take care of negotiations and coach you through the work agreement/contract.
Final Payment Due
The remaining placement fee is due before your nanny's first day of work.

Why do we have to fill out an application?
We like to get to know our families before our discovery call to make sure we can serve you. The application gives us a better understanding of your unique needs and helps us source candidates that meet your requirements.

Why do we have to have a discovery call?
Here at Nurturing Nannies we believe that it's extremely important to take the time to fully understand your families unique needs and what it is exactly that you are looking for in your ideal nanny. We take the responsibility of finding your ideal nanny very serious. This is going to be the person you are trusting your kids with after all.

Where Do You Offer Your Services?
At this time we are focusing on servicing all of Minnesota. However, we will do a full-time, part-time or temporary nanny placement within the US, by referral only.

What are the Required Fees?
All of our nanny placements require a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 to get the process started. The remainder placement fee is due before your nanny's first day of work.
