About You:
We are seeking an experienced infant specialist who is warm, reliable, and deeply attuned to the needs of a very young baby. You are calm and patient by nature, communicative and collaborative with parents, and confident enough to take initiative while respecting the routines and preferences this family has established. You bring your own ideas and creativity to the role, but you check in rather than freelance. You understand that trust is built over time and you are comfortable with a gradual approach to outings and independence as the baby grows. This is a professional, boundary relationship built on mutual respect and open, direct communication.
