We take on the "Admin Burden" so you don’t have to. We handle the payroll, the taxes, and the W2s.
Ethical Pay Models

Unlike some franchise employment agencies that skim from a nannie's hourly wage, our nannies keep 100% of their negotiated professional rate. Attracting professional nannies or often "Career Nannies" who stay longer and take their job seriously.
Full Protection
We handle the workplace risk. While others leave you liable for injuries and unemployment, we cover Workers’ Comp, Unemployment and Liability insurance for you.

About The Founder
Hi! I’m Rachel Tepley, the founder of Nurturing Nannies. I’ve worked in the childcare industry for over 24 years, primarily as a professional nannie supporting families across every stage of life. Time and time again, I heard parents say, “If only we could duplicate you.” So I did the next best thing... I built an agency to help families find caregivers who bring that same level of trust, connection, and care into their homes. And now, I’m just as passionate about sharing everything I’ve learned with the incredible nannies I work with, helping them grow, feel supported, and build lasting careers in this meaningful profession.
I launched Nurturing Nannies in 2022 with a mission to create thoughtful, values-aligned matches. As I listened closely to what families and nannies needed most, I was inspired to evolve the agency into what it is today: a full-service, employment-based model that takes the stress out of taxes, payroll, and contracts for families while providing greater support and stability for the nannies we represent.
