WHO IS THIS FOR
You're in town. Your children still need someone you can trust.
Hotel childcare is not a front desk favor or an app match. It's a professional caregiver, screened and employed by our agency, who arrives at your hotel ready to work.

-

Conferences, conventions, and business travel
-
Youth sports tournaments and competitions
-

Evenings out when the sitter you'd normally call is 900 miles away
WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT
Your Nannie is our employee, not your problem.
Most services hand you a caregiver and step back. We don't. Every Nannie who walks into your hotel room is a W-2 employee of Nurturing Nannie's. We carry the workers' compensation insurance. We carry the liability insurance. We handle payroll and taxes. You are not an employer, and you are not exposed.
Fully Vetted
Comprehensive background screening through Yardstik, identity verification, SSN trace, criminal and sex offender registry searches, and direct reference calls. Current CPR and first aid certification.
Insured
Workers' compensation and liability coverage carried by the agency. No cash payments. No handshake arrangements. No risk that lands on you.
Supported
You have an agency behind the booking. If something changes, you call us, not a stranger. Your sitter also has access to us 24/7 when on the job.
HOW IT WORKS
Four steps, then we handle the rest.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you serve hotels outside Minneapolis?
Yes. We staff hotels and rental properties throughout the Minnesota, including Minneapolis, St. Paul, Edina, Bloomington, and the surrounding suburbs. Travel surcharges may apply for locations outside the metro.
Do we need to be Minnesota residents?
No. We work with visiting families regularly. All bookings go through the agency and are subject to caregiver availability.

Are your Nannies really employees?
Yes. Every Nannie and sitter we place is a W-2 employee of Nurturing Nannie's. Families never take on employer obligations.

What happens if my child gets sick?
Sick care is available with agency approval and an hourly surcharge. Your Nannie must agree in advance.

Can you care for more than four children?
Yes. Groups of five or more require a second Nannie. Let us know your child count on the quote form and we'll staff accordingly.

How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can. Weekends, holidays, and event season fill quickly. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible but never guaranteed.

Can we request the same Nannie again?
Whenever availability allows, yes. Many families who visit the Twin Cities regularly build a relationship with one caregiver.
Tell us about your stay.
Send us your dates and we'll build a quote around them. No obligation, no pressure, and a real person reading it.
