Location: Eagan, MN 55122
Children: Two, a 14-year-old boy and an 11-year-old girl, both in school full-time (this job requires minimal childcare and focuses more on household management)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12:30pm to 4:30pm (20 guaranteed hours per week). General flow is household management tasks from 12:30 to 2:15, school pickup (plus occasional activity drop-off) from 2:15 to 3:30, then dinner prep and a dog walk from 3:30 to 4:30. Some day-to-day variability should be expected.
Core Responsibilities
Kid Pickup and After-School Logistics: Pick up both children from school and transport to occasional afterschool activities
Household Management: Organization, appointment scheduling, errands, and laundry
Meal Prep: Prepare dinner for the family
Pet Care: Daily dog walk and litterbox care for two cats
Communication: Occasional check-ins are welcome, no need for daily detailed updates

Requirements

Comfortable around pets. Household includes a Goldendoodle and two cats (litterbox care is part of the role).
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle for school pickup
Current CPR and First Aid Certification (proof required)
Non-smoker, non-vaper, no drugs or alcohol while on duty
"No posting children on social media" policy
Comfortable working with a high degree of independence and minimal daily oversight
3-5 professional references
Ability to pass a background check
Must be 18+ and legal to work in US.
Ability to commit at least one year (preferrably 2+)
