Every caregiver is fully screened before they ever meet your family. No shortcuts. No exceptions.

2. Phone Screening: goals, communication style, and family alignment
3. Professional Interview: caregiving philosophy, experience, and in-depth evaluation
4. Identity Verification: SSN trace and federal records check via Yardstik
5. Comprehensive Background Check: national, federal, county-level, and sex offender registry
6. Certification/Education Verified: CPR, First Aid, and any specialized training confirmed
7. Social Media & Internet Screening: public conduct reviewed against our values
8. Professional Reference Checks: direct phone calls to former employers
9. Character Reference Checks: personal references assessed for values and temperament
10. Values & Compatibility Assessment: caregiving philosophy and communication style
11. Employee Training & Onboarding: agency standards, safety, and professionalism

TIME & INVESTMENT OVERVIEW

The Investment
We use a simple, all-inclusive hourly rate model. No hidden fees. No payroll surprises. Included in your rate: 100% of your Nannie's pay, payroll and taxes, agency fees, ongoing support, and Nannie benefits.

To begin, you'll pay a one-time $188 family registration fee and a $700 search fee ($888 total, both non-refundable, due at signing).
Two weeks of your Nannie's salary is due once we've found your match, not before.
