We are a dual physician family which shapes a lot about us. We give a ton of time to our patients and work, and on our down time love every minute with our son. We both come from big, crazy families and are used to a teamwork approach. We care deeply about the friends and family in our life, and are looking to add a lasting addition to the family with our nanny. We love spending time with our little one; and are energetic, love sports and exercise, being outside, traveling, cooking, eating, coffee, desserts and laughing. We take his safety and play seriously, and want him to be able to grow through play, learning and laughter.
We speak a few different languages around the house, but mainly English, and would probably get along best with people who are open and good communicators, and share our love for children and good food.
The right person for our family looks something like this:
We get home and things are a little hectic. The baby might be with nanny in the living room playing while dad starts cooking us all a big dinner (he loves to cook). In between kisses and hugs, I’ll start the laundry, and throw dishes into the dishwasher. While I’m cleaning up around them, nanny, dad and I will chat about baby’s day so far. Hopefully there are lots of laughs, and then we all sit down together to eat, and then the teamwork continues through bedtime!!
We look forward to meeting you and taking you into our little family.
We are seeking a warm, experienced, and dependable nanny who brings a child-centric approach to their work, ensuring the well-being, development, and happiness of the children in their care. The ideal candidate is energetic, enthusiastic, and has a positive outlook on life, coupled with a “can-do” attitude and the flexibility to adapt to the family’s schedule, including the potential for travel when needed. A strong interest in incorporating learning through play is essential, as we value a nanny who can creatively engage I and make learning a natural and enjoyable part of his daily routine.
