We are a combination of an active and laid-back family with two wonderful daughters, ages 1 and 6 and a sweet 9 year old German Shepard mix (no care required). We both work from home most of the week but do have to go into the office occasionally. We value communication, empathy, and kindness and a gentle approach to big feelings in our home. Our goal is to find a nanny who can build a strong relationship with the girls, nurture their development, and create a safe and positive environment. We enjoy outdoor play, especially with so many parks and a neighborhood pool nearby.
We’re looking for an experienced nanny who is reliable, communicative, and compassionate. Gentle parenting techniques are important to us, and we hope to find someone who can handle big feelings and behavior with patience and empathy. Experience with toddlers and school-aged children is essential and the ability to foster age-appropriate learning and play is a plus. We prefer someone who will treat our children with kindness and communicate openly and clearly with us.
We are not looking for a nanny who needs to bring their own kid with at this time.
