Position Summary
We are a busy, outdoors-loving family in Edina seeking an energetic, nurturing nannie to care for our infant and grow with our family long-term. You’ll plan age-appropriate activities, spend plenty of time outdoors, and help our little one thrive in a loving, development-focused environment.

We love spending time outside and would enjoy a nannie who plans walks, park outings, and simple adventures. Responsibilities
Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate infant care aligned with gentle parenting
Plan and lead daily indoor and outdoor play, learning, and exploration
Follow established routines and maintain a calm, predictable rhythm for the baby
Keep child-related spaces tidy and organized
Communicate clearly and warmly with parents through daily check-ins
Let two dogs in and out of the fenced yard as needed
Arrive on time, maintain reliability, and show flexibility when needed
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of paid, professional infant care experience
Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
Excellent communication skills and alignment with gentle-parenting philosophy
Reliable, organized, and adaptable with a positive attitude
Comfortable working in a household where parents work from home
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before starting)
High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education preferred
Comfortable around dogs
Minimum one-year commitment
Compensation & Benefits
$20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
30 hours guaranteed weekly
Paid legally via W-2, with weekly direct deposit
Paid vacation (two weeks annually)

Minimum 3 years of experience caring for infants in a nanny or similar role
Comfortable and confident working in a fast-paced, outdoor-friendly home environment

Comfortable around pets (two dogs) and okay with letting them into/out of yard
