Who We Are:

We are a creative, outdoorsy family who loves adventure, curiosity, and exploration. We value play as a powerful tool for encouraging independence and would love our daughter to be guided in that spirit from the very beginning. Our little one will be about three months old at the time of hire, and we’re seeking someone who Is open to feeling like part of our family. Growing alongside us, supporting us through each developmental stage, and providing thoughtful, play-focused care.

Both parents work from home and value the ability to step in for cuddles or feedings throughout the day, while trusting our nannie to create a nurturing, structured, and independent environment for our daughter.

We also value sustainability and strive to make eco-conscious choices in our daily life, such as using compostable diapers. We’d love a nanny who appreciates this lifestyle and is open to researching new, relevant practices to help keep us informed. While we ultimately make the final decisions, we deeply value being presented with options. It’s important that our nanny is comfortable sharing ideas without taking offense if we choose a different path.
