***POSITION FILLED*** Nanny Share for Two Infants - Two Boys roughly 2 months and 4 months old (in January 2025)

Hourly Rate: $24/Hour
Location: Richfield, MN
Children: Two, 2 Month Old & 4 Month Old
Schedule: Mon - Thur 8:00am - 4:00pm
Job Duties: Your main focus will be to provide loving care to the boys. Make sure they are played with, fed and go down for their nap(s), etc.
Other duties include:
Chores related to boys (just keeping the area tidy and possibly cleaning some bottles).
Provide a safe and stimulating environment for the boys.
Follow a consistent daily routine that includes feeding, changing and nap time.
Assist with developmental milestones such as tummy time,
Communicate Efficiently (i.e. be able to provide daily updates for both kids)
Pets: Family #1 - Louie, (dog) Family #2 - 2 cats (Salem and Luna) and Jasper, a friendly dog (Aussie), No additional care required for pets just need to make sure you don't have allergies
Hi, We’re H & M! We’re a laid-back, outdoorsy family of three (plus our dog, Louie!) living in Richfield, Minnesota. We met while teaching in the Peace Corps in Uganda, we both work in the education field and love what we do. Fun facts about us: we enjoy hiking, building Legos, and exploring the outdoors whenever we can!
Our son, J, is almost 2 months old and truly the sweetest baby! He’s full of smiles and brings so much joy to our lives. While J needs hearing aids, he won’t require any specialized care, we are comfortable teaching you what you need to know in regards to that while caring for J —he can hear, he more so has challenges with speech sounds. We’re looking for someone who can support him with love and care, while also creating a warm, engaging environment for him to grow.
Family #2: Hi there! Our names are C & S and we live in Richfield, MN with our three pets, Luna, Salem and Jasper (no additional care needed) . We are expecting our first kiddo, M, with a guess date of October 27th! Both of us are from the Midwest and work in the mental health field. A few things we love are being outdoors, reading, and traveling. We value humor, kindness, and creativity and enjoy folks that share these values.
We’re hoping to start interviewing nannies before baby M comes!
Requirements:
Must Be CPR and First Aid Certified (must be able to prove certification)
Must Be a Non-Smoker
Be at Least 18 Years Old
Have a High School Diploma or GED
Be Legal to Work in the US
Have 3 Years of Paid Childcare Experience
Be able to pass a Background Check
Have a Valid Drivers License, Good Driving Records and Access to Reliable Transportation With Current Vehicle Registration/Insurance
Be able to Provide 3 Professional References (two of which need to be from previous/current employers)
Must be Able to Commit to the full 6 Months (Jan 2025 - June 2025)
Must be Caring and Have a True Passion to Work with Kids
Must be Reliable, Punctual, Honest, and Trustworthy
Must have prior experience caring for infants, including experience with multiple infants (such as twins or multiples).
No Allergies to Cats or Dogs
Must be fully vaccinated and up to date with booster/vaccinations.
Not looking for a nanny to bring their own child(ren).
